Gymnastics

Our six week gymnastics programme started on Tuesday. We all worked hard and listened carefully to Craig's instructions.  We learned lots of different jumps and how to roll properly. It was fun!.

JJJ Jelly!

This week we have been learning all about the letter j.

We enjoyed reading the story Just like Jasper.

We learned a new song Jelly on a plate.

Today we had  a Jelly and Ice-cream Party.

It was yummy!

Sportathon

Sportathon was GREAT!
We spent the day doing lots of different activities.
We had Circuits in the hall ,Dance class , Gymnastics, Athletics,  Ball skills, Orienteering, Co-operative games and Meditation. It was great fun!                         Check out our photos on our sports blog  Day one.....Done and Dusted

Green Flag

Great news everyone!
St Clare's NS has been awarded a Green Flag for minimizing our waste and recycling our paper,yogurt pots etc.
 In Room 1 we are very  careful about our waste and recycle as much as possible.
We will get the flag in May.

Beauty and the Beast

We were very excited on Thursday.
We went to the school hall to watch a performance of  Beauty and the Beast.
It was very funny and a little bit scary  when we first saw the beast!
We sang and clapped and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
